Do you need a birth time?
Ideally yes, exact time and place give the most accurate chart. If you don't have it, tell me and I'll work with what we have.
Is this the same as Maiden to Matriarch?

Is this therapy?
No. It's a design reading, a map of how you're built to mother, not treatment. If it opens something deeper, there's a door to that.
