2. What we offer, and what it is not
We offer digital products (such as guides and card decks), personalized readings, a quiz, and free resources, all centered on developmental parenting that blends modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom.
Everything we make is educational and developmental in nature. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It offers relief, perspective, and practical tools, never a cure or a guarantee of any particular outcome. You remain responsible for decisions about your family's care, and if you or your child need support beyond what we offer, please reach out to a qualified professional.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Digital products and delivery
Digital products are delivered as downloads immediately after your payment is confirmed. They are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not share, resell, redistribute, or publish them, in whole or in part.
5. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. That said, we want you to be happy: if your file will not open, you were charged in error, or something is genuinely wrong, email us at hello@themothercraft.com within 14 days and we will put it right.
6. Readings
Personalized readings are a service prepared individually for you. The scope, format, and turnaround for each reading are described on its page. Because they involve bespoke work prepared for you specifically, readings are non-refundable once the work has begun. If you need to reschedule a live session, please give us reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site and in our products, including text, designs, illustrations, and frameworks, belongs to Mothercraft and Victoria Greer and is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use it, not ownership of it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it.
8. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use our content to harm others.
9. Limitation of liability
The site and our products and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mothercraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, our content, or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
